Our Story
Fourteen years ago, a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s changed the way I understood food, health, and healing. What began as a medical challenge became a deeply personal journey—one that eventually revealed an unexpected truth: my body wasn’t broken; it was reacting to the way our food is made.
After years of living gluten-free, I discovered something remarkable while traveling through Europe—I could enjoy bread, pastries, and wheat without devastating health effects. That moment reshaped everything. I learned that ingredient quality, sourcing, and minimal processing make all the difference.
I began importing European flours and premium ingredients for my family, quietly perfecting recipes inspired by traditional European methods. What started at my own kitchen table has grown into a heartfelt passion: sharing artisan-crafted baked goods made with care, intention, and integrity.
In much of Europe, food is simply enjoyed—without fear or hesitation.
My hope is to bring that same sense of ease, comfort, and joy to your table.
Rooted in my heritage as a descendant of Alice Liddell, I am inspired to create with a spirit of wonder, curiosity, and love—values that guide every recipe and every detail of what we share.
