Finished with Sicilian extra-virgin olive oil and a touch of French honey, it offers a refined crumb and gently layered complexity. While not gluten-free, many with non-celiac gluten sensitivity find naturally fermented sourdough easier to enjoy.

Princess Lacey Sourdough Baked entirely with gluten-free flour, our Princess Lacey is naturally leavened from starter to loaf, resulting in exceptional flavor and structure. Finished with Sicilian extra-virgin olive oil and a touch of French honey, it offers a refined crumb and gently layered complexity. While we cannot label this gluten-free due to CFO laws and potential cross contamination, we ensure that the utmost care is taken to elimination gluten traces as much as possible. Safe for our NCGS (non-Celiac Gluten Sensitive) but those with Celiac should not consume as we cannot garauntee.
